You may not sell, lease, sublicense, or transfer the eSIM to any third party without our prior written consent.

You must use the eSIM in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and you are responsible for any misuse or unauthorized use of the eSIM.

You are responsible for all charges associated with your use of the eSIM, including any data or voice charges imposed by your Mobile Operator.

We may suspend or disconnect your eSIM if you fail to comply with this Agreement, if required by law, or for operational reasons.

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment or services needed to access the Internet and use the eSIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eSIM and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the eSIM or violation of this Agreement.

Esim's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the eSIM.

The eSIM is provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Esim may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement without your consent. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

Esim shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of any part of this Agreement to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, explosion, war, embargo, government requirement, civil or military authority, act of God or other similar causes beyond our control

If You are a retailer, this Agreement shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree, in the event any claim or suit is brought in connection with this Agreement, to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of India.In any action to enforce this Agreement, including, without limitation, any action by eSIM for the recovery of fees duehereunder, You shall pay eSIM reasonable attorney’s fees and costs in connection with such action. You acknowledge and agree that this governing law provision applies no matter where You reside, or whereYou use or pay for the Service. Unless provided otherwise in relevant legislation, if You are a consumer, You are also subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
